YK11 vs RAD 140: Which is Better?
YK11 must be taken twice daily for full effect because of its 12-hour half-life, while RAD 140 has a 60-hour half-life. YK11 is just as potent as RAD 140 and can be quite effective for building massive muscle against mild suppression. However, YK11 has the upper hand in that it has advanced anabolic activity and is a myostatin inhibitor. This means that it is stronger and more powerful. Testolone affects the body’s androgen receptors, thereby supporting the body’s ability to release an increased amount of natural hormones. This leads to increased muscle growth. Compared to RAD 140, YK11 is slightly suppressive and has a longer PCT cycle compared to Testolone. In general, these are all similar in terms of their effect in boosting energy, promoting fat loss, and increasing muscle gains.
These two supplements work well together for stacking and in fact, provide better results although you may use them on their own. If you are a beginner, we do not recommend stacking them together. This combination is best used by professionals who are already experienced in using SARMs, particularly these two compounds. If you have stacked before and have experience using SARMs, we recommend taking YK11 twice daily at 5mg each dose and Testolone once a day at 10mg per dose. There are some people who use higher doses of RAD 140 but at these levels, this compound could increase the risk of side effects. To help reverse any side effects, use a six-week cycle PCT using Clomid.
For female bodybuilders, consider taking 0.5 to 2 mg of YK11 per day. This compound, as mentioned, is quite potent, which means you will need it at just low doses to enjoy its benefits. To ensure a balance between the potential side effects and the efficacy of YK11, we recommend keeping to a low dose for both men and women. Do not take YK11 if you are expecting or breastfeeding to avoid any potential side effects on the fetus.
YK 11 has undergone clinical testing and has been found to be safe for use by women and men. There are some things you might want to consider while using it. Men, for example, may experience acne and male baldness while women may grow thicker facial hair. These are mild side effects, however, which is why YK11 is so popular among both men and women bodybuilders.
